"My students need your training!"

Jan'nah I learned with you! I've never thought about noun genders like that... Like nouns with a very specific ending are masculine, but then there is a list of all the specific exceptions. I didn't know that! It really is amazing for students to just focus on gender. You have something so particular, so essential, and so special! You bring so much value. You are the expert on noun genders and my students need your training!

- Aurélie, French Teacher. Florida, USA.

"You’re a fantastic teacher and role model."

Jan'nah your classes have helped my girls a lot! I’ve seen a huge improvement especially in the younger one. She’s much more confident in her work and her teachers are calling on her to be a leader and help other students who aren’t doing as well. So she feels great about that.

- Melissa, Mother of French Immersion students. Toronto, Canada.

“There is so much valuable information to learn and the structure and clear guidance from the neatly packaged Container Method is my gateway to achieving my goal of fluency. So now I find myself in the midst of this phenomenal high!”

It seems like I've been trying to learn French for a long time. I started and stopped several times. I got tired of trying to learn on my own so I decided to listen to the little voice in my head telling me to do something different if I want different results. Coach Jan’nah took care of all my questions and I decided to join the Parle French program because the time had come to stop experimenting irregularly and finally follow a structured proven method.

The old way of learning French noun genders...

The biggest mistake most French learners make when it comes to learning French noun genders, is trying to memorize or guess the genders of every - single - word!

❌ Have you ever written masculine nouns in blue, feminine nouns in pink and expected to memorize them this way?

❌ Or maybe you tried to memorize a noun with its article like le pays, la nuit, or la fin...

❌ Or maybe you were taught vague noun gender rules like: French nouns that end in -e are feminine with only 100 exceptions!

The truth is that these random “tips” on how to learn French noun genders just don’t work for English-speaking French learners.

Tips here and there about noun genders don't give us the systematic organization that we need to actually understand masculine & feminine concepts in the French language.

Trying to memorizing the genders of every single noun has never helped our fluency. It’s only carried us through the vicious cycles of memorizing, stressing, then forgetting the genders of most nouns.

The repeated cycle of trying to memorize then forgetting the genders of basic French words might have caused you to feel :

🛑 A lot of anxiety, and mental burden in your French studies.
🛑 Low confidence in your ability to speak French fluently.
🛑 Like French is hard.

I’ve been there, but things changed for me when I learned how to identify noun genders based on how words are written.

Why Masculine & Feminine French Made Easy works for everyone.

When you make connections between French nouns and their genders using a system that the brain can manage, you can remember the gender of any French noun without even trying.

It's all about organization.

ORGANIZATION means that you go from storing French nouns and their genders in your brain like a messy pile of shoes...

To a neat shelf or SYSTEM for categorizing nouns into masculine or feminine groups. THIS is how you get better at fluency without any stress!

Concise rules & small exceptions that the brain can manage.

The noun gender rules in Container Method are so specific that the list of exceptions are often really small and some noun gender rules don’t have any exceptions at all!

When you automatically know the genders of the words you use, you can speak and write in French without getting stuck on all the gendered parts of speech.

#Fluency!

Here are more testimonials about the course.

“I do the Duolingo events and before, I used to be in the background and I’d rather not speak, I’d rather listen. But now I don’t mind taking part, I don’t mind speaking, I don’t feel so stupid!”

I have never done noun gender training before Jan’nah. I was on YouTube one time and a teacher said “all the nouns that end in -e were feminine.” Gosh I thought, how can this be? Because most of the nouns that I looked at that ended with -e weren’t feminine! But the Container Method for knowing masculine and feminine nouns made it easy and now I know which nouns that end in -e are masculine or feminine and I know all the gendered grammar too.

“Je crois vraiment que Parle French a quelque chose d'unique qui le différencie des autres plateformes d'apprentissage du français.”

J’aime les cours à Parle French vraiment et j'attends avec impatience le cours de conversation chaque semaine et j'ai remarqué une amélioration dans mon expression orale. J'aime aussi le cours d'expression, ainsi que le cours d'étude des noms. Ces cours sont tous nécessaires et essentiels. J'ai hâte d'en apprendre davantage grâce au programme Parle French.
